About Us
At MM Professional Cleaning Services we're aware that our customers don't pay us to clean.  We're paid so they don't have to worry about cleaning.
We are a family owned operation focused on providing superior service and a great customer experience.  Our team has been in the service industry working for others a combined 30 years.  In that time a few things continued to surface regardless of which customers we talked to:
  • Customer expectations were not met entirely
  • While customers were satisfied with results, there were not excited about them
  • The customer's perceived value didn't match their cost

With addressing these things in mind we decided to start our own service based business.  We view our customers as partners and aim to be viewed the same way in return.  The thought is that a partner is approached with their best interests in mind, whereas customers are sold services that most benefit the seller.  Being part of winning solutions is something that really gets our us going!  We want people to love what we do, how we do it, and their interaction with our team in general (whether they hire us or not).  
Some may wonder..."of all the services in the world you could provide, why cleaning?"  Having a clean space to function in can have a tremendous impact on a person's experience.  Think of all the times you've been somewhere, looked around and realized how dirty it was, and from that point forward just couldn't seem to get comfortable.  While cleaning may be something that is taken for granted, its actually quite important.  From our personal perspective answering that question brings us to a short story about a fellow cleaning professional and some other guy you may have heard about:

During a visit to the NASA space center in 1962, President John F. Kennedy noticed a janitor carrying a broom. He interrupted his tour, walked over to the man and said, "Hi, I'm Jack Kennedy. What are you doing?"
"Well, Mr. President," the janitor responded, "I'm helping put a man on the moon."
What You Can Expect

Once contacted, our team will work with you in scheduling a time to walk your property for the purpose of providing a solid quote.  From there we will ask you a million questions.  We do this to get a great understanding of what you're after, why you're after it, and what would make our partnership successful in your eyes.  Our team will make recommedations for your customized cleaning solution after speaking with you.  Next, we typically get our written quotes emailed out within 12 hrs.  

If you decide to partner with us expect our best, every time.  We are prompt, professional, and thorough.

Meet The Team
  1. John Mass
    After working for others in the service industry for 15 years, John decided to go out on his own. From that notion, MM Professional Cleaning Services was born in the Winter of 2015. John's primary responsibilities include cleaning, account management, and partner acquisitions.
  2. Selena Manrique
    General Manager
    Selena plays a critical role in the organization of the company and scheduling of the crew. She brings 21 years of small, service based, business experience to the team.
  3. Yasmeen Williams
    Executive Director
    Yasmeen, or Meen, contributes to the cleaning of various spaces when she's not off making good grades or playing competitive softball.
  4. Rachel Cassady
    Regional Service Lead
    Managing some of our partners east of Garland and as far south as downtown Dallas falls under Rachel's realm of responsibility. She has shown a passion for doing things "right" and pleasing our partners.
  5. Tonya Edwards
    Regional Service Lead
    Tonya supports various projects all around the metroplex. Her work ethic and genuinely great attitude are tremendous attributes to our team.
  6. Joe Marquez
    Regional Service Lead
    Joe is our hitman. Any time we have a big job Joe is our guy...no matter where the job is or the time of day.
